First aid training tailored for education

At Ayers Consultancy, our training is designed specifically with education settings in mind — not generic workplace courses adapted as an afterthought. We understand the real challenges staff face every day, especially when supporting children with additional needs, and we build our training around real-life scenarios that feel relevant, practical, and confidence-building. We're glad you're here to be a part of our story.

Why choose Ayers consultancy?

Unique benefits of choosing Ayers Consultancy for your school or nursery team, ensuring practical skills and lasting confidence.

Education-focused approach

Our courses are tailored for schools, nurseries, and outdoor learning environments, meaning everything we cover directly applies to your setting from playground incidents to classroom medical needs.

Real-world SEN & SEMH experience

We bring hands-on experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH needs, helping staff feel confident managing both medical situations and the emotional responses that can come with them.

Practical, hands-on learning

We focus on doing, not just listening. Staff leave feeling confident because they’ve practised realistic scenarios rather than just watching slides.

The impact for your setting

Choosing Ayers Consultancy means your team will achieve genuine confidence, ready to act quickly and calmly in real situations. This creates a safer environment for children and staff, fostering faster, more effective responses to incidents and providing peace of mind for leadership teams and parents.

What staff will gain

After training with Ayers Consultancy, school and nursery staff leave with practical skills, clear knowledge, and the confidence to respond effectively in real situations. Staff will be able to respond quickly and calmly in an emergency, carry out lifesaving First Aid (including CPR, using an AED, managing choking, severe bleeding, and unconscious casualties), manage common childhood injuries and illnesses, and support children with additional needs. They will work effectively as a team, make informed decisions, and meet safeguarding and duty of care responsibilities.

One of the biggest outcomes we hear is how much more confident their staff feel. They will be calmer under pressure, more confident in their abilities, reassured and empowered, better prepared for real-life situations, and stronger as a team. This leads to a safer environment for children and staff, faster and more effective responses to incidents, increased staff confidence and morale, and peace of mind for leadership teams and parents.
